Running a business is a scary proposition. The problem is that you often don’t know what you don’t know. The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at Volunteer State Community College can help you avoid some of the pitfalls that can disrupt your efforts.
This TSBDC Office is hosted by Volunteer State Community College and serves Sumner, Wilson, Macon, and Trousdale Counties.

We ask anyone that is interested in starting a small business to the Starting a Small Business workshop.
On this website, look under the Training link and you can sign up for it there.
After the workshop, you will have several of your questions answered and will probably have several more that you were unaware of, then we can schedule a virtual counseling appointment.
